DO I HAVE TO RESERVE A DATE?
Sí. We usually have a waiting list of 4 to 6 weeks (or more). In order to reserve your date, you must have paid 50% of the solicited project.
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR PAY IN ADVANCE?
We like to have our work organized and provide our clients with the best service. The time we dedicate to each project is sacred and we usually have lots of applications. We understand that payment is a sign of the committment both parties take on.
WHY DO URGENT ORDERS HAVE ADDITIONAL COST?
All services that require a reorganization of study work should be treated as special assignments. It carries an additional charge that can be 20% to 35% more than the regular cost of the service.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE LAST?
We want to offer a perfect service from start to finish. That’s why most projects last between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the pack you choose and the additional pieces you add.
